At SHINE SPORTS & SHOOTS, we are fully committed to ensuring that your order is delivered safely, securely, and in the best possible condition within the promised timeframe.

1. Processing and Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from the time the order is placed, unless a specific alternative delivery timeline is communicated to you at the time of purchase.

  • Operating Days: We process and ship orders throughout the week, with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays in Tamil Nadu and across India.

  • Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered strictly to the shipping address provided by you at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is complete, accurate, and includes the correct pin code to avoid any transit delays.

2. Shipping Partners and Methods

To guarantee that your air gun and accessories reach you in optimal condition and in the shortest possible time, we exclusively partner with reputable and reliable courier agencies.

  • Standard Shipping: We utilize recognized private courier services for all standard deliverable locations.

  • Remote Areas: If a reliable private courier service is unavailable in your specific area or pin code, we will dispatch your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

3. Delivery Timelines

The time it takes for an order to arrive depends heavily on the shipping method and your geographical location:

  • Standard Courier Orders: Most orders shipped via private courier agencies are delivered within 7 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Indian Post Orders: Orders that must be routed via Government Registered Post may take a longer duration, typically arriving within 25 to 30 working days from the date of dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

The shipping and delivery fee is dynamically calculated based on the weight, volumetric size, and destination of the products in your order.

  • Charge Calculation: The estimated shipping charge is specified individually for every product on its respective page.

  • Transparent Fee: When multiple products are ordered, the system calculates the final shipping cost by aggregating the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each item in your cart.

5. Pricing and Taxes

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: Our listed product prices are comprehensive. All applicable taxes (such as GST) are already included within the list prices of the products on our website.

  • Octroi and Local Levies: Please note that specific local levies, such as Octroi, may be applicable in certain regions or states (e.g., Maharashtra). If applicable, these specific local charges will be levied separately by the courier for the shipment to your region and must be paid directly by the customer at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been successfully dispatched from our warehouse, we will provide you with a unique tracking number along with the name of the designated courier company via email or SMS. You can use this information to track the live status of your shipment directly on the courier agency's tracking portal.

7. Note on Regulated Items (Air Guns)

Please be aware that shipping air guns is subject to strict regulatory compliance under the Arms Rules, 2016, and related Indian legislation. Delivery of these specific items may require additional verification or documentation from you before the final handover by the courier. We highly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to all necessary legal requirements.
